• RETURN POLICY
  14 DAYS RETURNS
  We accept returns and can provide a refund on full priced items, if all the below conditions are met:

  • Items cannot be refunded for change of mind.

  • Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods.

  • Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unused, unwashed and with all labels attached.

  • Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Return delivery costs for a faulty, or incorrectly supplied item will be the responsibility of Grace Louise Ceramics. If your item(s) arrive broken or faulty please email us a photo of the faulty goods within 48 hours of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Please note that as Grace Louise Ceramics are handmade, slight variances may exist within each item, giving uniqueness to glaze, size, texture and weight. These variations add depth and beauty to the ceramic craft, signifying their spirit and dissimilarity to the mass produced.

  • We recommend sending your return via a traceable method and retaining proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed. Grace Louise Ceramics is not responsible for returns that are not received.
